You got unfollowed because of your cluelessness, not your opinions. Please remove some ignorance and read what is required to attempt to preserve privacy on Facebook, and EVERYWHERE ELSE YOU VISIT ON THE WEB THAT SIGNS AN AGREEMENT WITH FACEBOOK:

You *do* understand that actions you take, sites you visit, and buttons you click ON OTHER SITES ON THE WEB will now be REPORTED TO FACEBOOK and then pushed to YOUR FRIENDS' Facebok profiles, notifying them of what you are doing ELSEWHERE ON THE INTERNET, YES?

    Clue. Get one.

I've been following you on twitter for awhile, but today, I've realized that you are so out of touch, I'm going to drop you. You said: "I don't get "Facebook privacy concerns". If you don't want people to know something, don't post it. Simple."

Simple...for a simpleton. The problem is that ANY information tagged about you WHETHER YOU SUBMIT IT OR NOT becomes public EVEN IF OTHERS SUBMIT IT. i.e. Photos, innaccurate wall posts, etc. Further, the majority of content posted to Facebook WAS PREVIOUSLY GUARANTEED TO BE PRIVATE. i.e. Date of birth, location, interests, friends, subscriptions, etc. THESE ARE NOW, after years of information accumulation, BEING RENDERED PUBLIC whether the user desires it OR NOT.

    That is your first clue.

Second clue: You say, "Earth Day: because you haven't been hammered about environmentalist messages enough already." What. An. Idiot.

Yep, we sure don't need MORE focus on the environment because people and governments SURE ARE DOING WAAAAAAAY TOO MUCH FOR THE PLANET! Right?

Buh bye. Please buy a clue somewhere.
